    Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship orders within 5-10 business days of receipt. However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via various carriers, depending on your location. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can see the shipping costs at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  4. International Shipping: At this time, we are only shipping to the United States.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package's progress.

  6. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  7. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

RETURNS

There will be NO returns on CUSTOM ORDERS!

After 48 hours of placing an order No cancellations will be accepted.
Each item is a custom product, after 48 hours inventory is already in process.

 

We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. A return request must be filed within 7 days of order delivery. Approved returns must be received back within 14 days of approval.

EMAIL Support@littleheartco.com to start a return. Please include your name, email address, and order number.

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email Support@littleheartco.com and we will get you taken care of ASAP.
